My cat returned sick, won't eat/drink, drooling, bad breath. What's wrong?

my cat sophie was gone from home for about 5 days, she came home yesterday sick, she wont eat or drink, laying around,she drooling alittle bit, she acts like she wants too drink water but cant, also her breath smells really bad. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 5 years and 2 months old | 12 lbs

This is an emergency. Sophie needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. Please take her to a vet or pet ER now. The signs are too unspecific, however she is very likely severely dehydrated and will need fluids, the drooling points to a trauma in the mouth, jaw or head (maybe she was hit by a car) and the smelly breath also points to infection of a possible wound or fracture. Please take Sophie to a vet now.
