Dog got snake bite meds early. Is it okay to skip next dose?

My dog was bitten by a snake, and was given 3 different meds. One is every 12 hours and the other two are every 24. This morning I accidentally gave him the 2 that are every 24 hours, instead of waiting until this evening. I would ask our vet but today is his surgery day. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | neutered | 7 years and 10 months old | 27 lbs

He should be fine if he had it 12 hrs earlier than normal. Just skip his next dose and resume the normal schedule tomorrow. I hope that your pet Scrat is able to recover well from his recent snake bite attack. Best wishes and take care.
