My 4-week-old Yorkie puppy is inactive. Should I be concerned?

I have a litter of Yorkies 4 wks old yesterday. 2 girls are very active but the Male, who weighs the most, is not as active. Should I be concerned that hes not as playful as the other 2? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 29 days old | 0.25 lbs
