I would recommend feeding regular adult food and just giving her a bit more than you typically would. She should gain weight pretty quickly if the flea burden is gone. It is a little unusual for a healthy adult to lose weight from fleas, unless her nutrition was also poor or she had a another underlying disease. If she is not gaining weight with the increase in calories you may want to check in with your veterinarian to make sure there isn't something else going on.

The best option would be to have Zxero examined by your veterinarian. There are some medical conditions that can cause a cat to loose weight or to be inappetant. If a medical condition is ruled out, your veterinarian will be able to prescribe an appetite stimulant to help Zxerk eat more food.
