My dog has a bad-looking skin infection for 2 months. What to do?

My pet got some kind of infection that is very worst looking. Infection is been for 2 months. We feed him liver 3 times a day. All the vaccines and deworming injections are done. Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 2 months old
