Dog falling, vomiting green slime, and eye discharge. What's wrong?

Hello! I just need a help with my pet dog. Several weeks ago, my dog was vomiting slightly greenish slime after that mucus started to discharge from his eyes and nose. Now he can no longer walk in straight line and sometimes falls down. We can't take him to vet as of now. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male

The weakness and poor balance is a medical emergency and not suitable for home remedies. Please contact your local humane society for advice on help available in your area. I would be concerned this may be canine distemper but a vet check is required
