My dog ate spaghetti with garlic. Should I be worried about toxicity?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 year old | 9 lbs

My poncho ate my daughters bowl is spaghetti I use fresh garlic and powder will it kill her.

1/2 of a tsp of garlic powder or 2 whole garlic cloves would potentially be toxic if ingested, so if you think that it is possible that the spaghetti had that amount in the bowl you should see an emergency veterinarian. Otherwise there is no concern. Garlic and garlic powder tend to be more toxic if ingested consistently over a long period of time; it generally takes a lot to cause toxicity if it is a one time ingestion.

    Yes you are right, they are both harmful, but likely there isn't enough garlic and onion in this to cause problems. You may see some stomach upset such as vomiting or diarrhea from eating this, however.
