Why does my budgie have white beak buildup, voice change, and gulping?

Hello my budgie has some sort of white build up where her upper and lower beak meets. Her voice has also changed a bit and she seems to be stretching her neck a lot and then doing a gulping motion. She has already been treated for mites and then a respiratory infection with baytril. Could she possibly have cadidiasis? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | 0.077 lbs
