Puppy with high blood tests & vomiting. Is it kidney damage?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 4 years and 11 months old

my puppy 4&5 month old culture pom have weight of 7.3kg.he have a blood test 6 days back of urea 55,creatinine 1.4,and amylase of 1430.is he suffering from kidney damage.he had vomiting last 2.5 month ago of pink color.he is acting normal ,eating and drinking normal,and also playing normal.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Technically, we have to have a urine concentration to know for sure if the kidneys are affected. Those values (urea and creat) could have been caused by mild dehydration. If so, the kidneys are fine. If the urine is dilute and watery, then yes I am worried more about kidney damage. Talk to your vet about checking the concentration (USG) of the first urine of the morning. Best of luck to you and Max!
