My cat is lethargic, not eating, not pooping, and struggling to walk.

hello. my cat came home almost dead. he has trouble pooping/not we have no it seen him poop. and for 3 days has been very slow. today's the first day he has eaten and drank on his own. I have force fed and watered him. he seemed to not want to eat but willing if I helped him. between his back legs is sore and he has trouble walking perfectly at that back end. I need advice.. below is his pre that was told he was dehydrated. feed him 20cc of fresh water every hr. and milk/tuna for some food

Oh my. Poor kitty : (. In order to best help him we need to find out what the underlying problem is. Whether that be a viral infection, bacterial infection, or organ malfunction. If he isn’t pooping that could be because he is constipated or he just isn’t taking in enough food to form a proper stool. T is best to take him in to your local vet for se testing to hopefully diagnose the problem so that we best know how to help him. There isn’t much you can do at home without proper medical care for Obi wan. Until you can get him seen it is best to give him non-flavored Pedialyte diluted with water to keep him as hydrated as possible. And keep offering him small amounts of canned foods to entice him to want to eat. But it’s imperative to get him to your vet as soon as you can before his condition gets any worse.
