My dog has a new, firm, itchy lump on his neck. What should I do?

My dog has a huge lump on his neck. This is the first time I noticed it, i can tell it's itchy for him. It has a firm feeling to it, and I don't know what it is. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 25 days old | 38 lbs

Therefore, I would take Cooper to a veterinarian to perform a full physical exam and determine if is in fact a lump that needs to be tested or a wound/abscess or something else. Based on what it is, your veterinarian will determine the best treatment. Good luck!
