My senior dog is newly blind and deaf and won't walk. How can I help?

my shizu has pra and is completely blind as of a few days ago and she is also deaf. I have kept every thing in the same place for a very long time. noe that sh is blind she does not walk around at all. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 12 years and 8 months old | 14 lbs

If she will follow you or if she walks on a leash, you can walk her around the house on the leash and she will get more familiar with everything and may want to eventually walk again. The eash acts like an extension of your arm and may give her security. You can also put her food a little bit away from her , so she has to walk towards it. Her nose likely still works very well.
