My mom's dog and my dog "hooked up" about a week ago but she just started bleeding from her vagina and when she begins to pee on thursday, my dog is a choc lab 75 lbs, my mom's dog is a small pitbull that was neutered about a month ago. My vet told me to give her two 81 mg aspirin a day for several days with plenty of rest. Plz tell me if there is anything else I can do...she will not eat anything

Your dog needs to be seen by a veterinarian. Unfortunately, I think aspirin is not going to help your dog at this time and since aspirin can cause coagulation problems it may actually make her bleed more. She may have a uterine or vaginal infection, especially since she is not eating.
