My male cat has a rash on his testicles. How can I treat it?

My cat's testicles has a rash.... Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 8.8 lbs

If this is a severe rash then I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Simba so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. If this is just a small amount of redness then I would recommend using a steroid spray such as Well and Good Hydrocortisone Spray (can find at Petco) along with using Sentry wound ointment (also found at Petco) and see if this helps. If these do not resolve the problem, then I would recommend having a veterinarian take a look at this for further treatment recommendations. I hope this helps!
