My dog threw up and may have licked roach poison. Is she okay now?

My dog threw up twice yesterday may have licked roach poison from the wall, and last night her stomach been making werid noises all night but now isn’t , she pooped and pee this morning, the noises stop, could something be wrong with the dog? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. If Pug is eating, acting normally, urinating, and defecating normally, there is little cause for concern. Just a like humans, dogs sometimes vomit a couple times (for many reasons) and then are completely fine. If the vomiting recurrs or you see other concerning signs like loss of appetite, extreme lethargy, or anything else That concerns you, head in to the vet to figure out what’s going on.
