How to stop my dog crying from car anxiety on long road trips?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 10 months and 28 days old | 10 lbs

We are going on a road trip thats about seven hours long tomorrow, my dog often gets neverous in the car and doesn’t stop crying. Is there anything i can do/give her to keep her calm?

I apologize - I accidently hit submit too soon. You need to determine if she is anxious or if she is feeling carsick as well leading to anxiety. There are medications available by prescription that can help but if you don't have time for a vet appointment in the morning, that may not help this trip. I would recommend discussing with Maia's vet for future road trips.
