Can I get my new kitten shots at Petco if I don't have its papers?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 months and 5 days old | 4 lbs

Well we don’t have papers on our new kitten and we would like to take it to Petco to get it’s shots and everything. Is it possible or how would I go about this situation, with a kitten who is not registered or have any papers on him? Thank you in advance.

Congratulations on your new addition! You do not need any papers for Church to receive vaccinations. It would be helpful to know if he has ever had any vaccinations before, but if you don't know the veterinarian can still give you a recommendation for a vaccine schedule. I am attaching information below about services (including fees) and locations for VetCo vaccine clinics. https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/vaccination-packages-and-prices/ https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/clinic-locations-and-schedules/ I hope that was helpful. Thanks for using PetCoach.
