My dog was under the recliner and her hair was caught in the motor, so basically her hair was pulled out in an area near her tail. I've given her a bath and cut the hair back around it, anything else I can do? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | spayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 5 lbs

Ouch, that sounds painful. If there is no wound or excessive redddening of the skin you need not do anything else. You can put a bit of aloe vera gel on it to cool the skin. If the skin is damaged or is starting to swell, I suggest you have the vet examine it. He may want to prescribe an antiinflammatory ointment or antibiotic ointment depending on the type of injury.
