Why is my dog pacing, breathing heavily, not drinking, and gagging?

My dog is just pacing and breathing heavily dont know why she just doesnt wanna drink anything and gags once in a while

Hi, I hope that your dog is feeling better and that she has been checked over by now. It is very difficult to be able to advice based on the clinical signs described, it could be something serious as a gastric torsion or pancreatitis or even just an increased temperature. It always best to have them checked over in the instances where the underlying cause could be life threatening.
