My senior dog slipped and is limping on her back leg. What should I do?

My dog is about 12 years old and while going to the door to go out side she got a little excited and slipped, since then she has been limping on one of her back legs. There doesn’t appear to be swelling and I don’t think it’s broken. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed
