My dog is barking silently and has eye discharge. Should I worry?

It's been a week now, my dog has been voiceless. She is barking but there is no sound coming out of her mouth. She has been producing a little mucus on each eyes whenever I clean them. Otherwise she is healthy, playful and eats and drinks heartily. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 6 months old
