My dog ate chocolate, now he's sick, not pooping, and dehydrated.

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 1 month old | 7.9 lbs

My dogs stomach has been making loud noises, he hasn’t pooped in 2 days and looks very dehydrated but barely drinks water. He is very small and the part of him not being able to poop really scares me. 5 days ago I believe him and my other dog (who is fine) somehow ate chocolate cookies left in the trash. I didn’t know about this until a day ago when my bro told me, therefor I haven’t taken him to the vet yet. The first few days he was fine but by the third day I notice he wasn’t acting himself.

Poor Waldo! Lack of bowel movements is definitely cause for concern - it can be an indication of an intestinal obstruction. It is possible that Waldo ate something else from the trash that may have resulted in this. Waldo should be seen by a vet right away, especially because you think he is not acting like himself. They can perform an exam with abdominal palpation, bloodwork, and X-rays to determine exactly what is going on and provide appropriate supportive care such as IV fluids. I hope this helps and that all is well with Waldo!
