Hello, today I saw white worms in my cat’s feces . And recently he’s been eating less than before... I will take him to a vet soon but here veterinarians seem to know nothing... what are your suggestions? What should I do? And I heard that they are some bad side effects in medication that are used for treatment that can lead to death what about them ?

Depending on the type of worms, many very easily available treatment options efficiently treat these type of infections. Side effects can be present in very rare cases, but nothing that can lead to death as far as I am aware. Panacur for example is an excellent product that can treat most common gastrointestinal parasitic infections.
