I'm wondering if you mean you gave Buddy a dewormer. You can see some stomach upset from giving a deworming treatment, as it can be due to the dead worms moving through the GI system, but it shouldn't stop him from eating completely. I would be concerned that he could have a medical illness causing him to not eat and have deceased drinking. Because of this, I would have him checked out by a vet right away. Best of luck.

While it is normal for a dog to feel sick after a deworming treatment, it's not normal that he still won't eat or drink this long afterwards. It's quite serious that Tee is behaving this way, and he could be suffering an abnormal reaction to the deworming treatment. I would have him seen by a vet right away.

Parasites are certainly a common cause of poor body condition in puppies. If you think that this might be the case, have a fecal sample analyzed at your veterinarian. I would be suspicious of this if you have been seeing any diarrhea, soft stool with/without blood, etc. If not and you can not make it to the vet, giving another dewormer is not likely to cause any harm. If this is not the cause of the poor body condition, a veterinary work up would definitely be required to assess the situation.

If your puppy has not been eating well for four days it is important that she be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. Puppies, and especially large breed puppies, need to have adequate nutrition to grow properly. You should take Lisa in to see a veterinarian tomorrow.

I think what you are seeing is normal. The worms are dying so they are coming out. Take a photo to show your vet and call them in the morning. They make recommend to do further deworming on Bella. Keep in mind, these sound like round worms which humans can get so make sure to wash your hand thoroughly after cleaning up after her and before eating. The worms dying may be upsetting Bella's tummy. Feed her smaller, more frequent meals. You can also give her boiled white rice and chicken tonight and tomorrow. This bland diet will help to keep her tummy settled. If she becomes very lethargic tonight, take her to an emergency clinic but this is unlikely to happen. I hope this helps!
