My mouse still has URI symptoms. Should I keep giving her meds?

My mouse has a URI, so last week she was prescribed .02 ml of doxycycline and .02 ml of baytril. She seemed to get better after the first two days (no noisy breathing, no sneezing), but she missed one dose because I couldn't get her to take the meds.After that, noisy breathing returned. She has taken all the other doses after that and has gotten slightly better. The treatment is supposed to end today, but symptoms aren't gone completely. Can I give her the meds for a few more days? Pet's info: Small Animal | Unknown - Small Animal | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 3 days old | 0.06 lbs
