Why is my female dog drinking so much water? Is it a health issue?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 8 years old | 108 lbs

Three German Shepherds. 9 yr old male,his off spring son who's 3 and the mother who's 7 The males,rarely take more than a few sips of water each day. The female is like a camel and drinks all the time. Just took 9 yr old home.from vet. Severe dehydration. He's on meds to correct diarrhea as well.. Do female dogs naturally drink more than males?

No, female dogs do not naturally drink more than males. If your female is drinking all the time, this can be a sign of a medical illness such as kidney disease, diabetes, or Cushing's disease among other causes. I'd have her seen by a vet for a health check.
