My Japanese Chin has red, swollen eyes that won't heal, what to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Japanese Chin | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 6 months old | 13 lbs

Japanese chin has red, swollen eyes, she rubs them. I went through 3 bottles of antibiotics.. Now cold water helps but does not stop or heal.

This could be due to an eye injury or conditions such as a corneal laceration, corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis, dry eye (also known as KCS), allergies, among many other conditions. I highly recommend that you have Chyna evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Further therapy would be based on the findings. Good luck and best wishes!
