My dog has a lump near his genitals leaking fluid. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 15 days old | 20.4 lbs

He has this lump next to his peepee.. some kind of liquid came out of it today... it doesn’t hurt him if i touch it but Can someone please let me know what this could be on Charlie... I’m worried not sure if he should go to the vet

At such a young age a tumor would be very unlikely. However, skin infection called pyoderma or a large maggot called a cuterebra could be the cause. I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian soon. Best of luck and I hope he improves soon. Thank you for using Pet Coach.
