My 12-week-old puppy has worsening belly sores. What should I do?

My puppy is around 12 weeks old and he is getting his final injection in a few days. I have had him only the backgarden to go to the bathroom and he has not been around any other dogs. He has some bad sores on his belly right beside his penis and they were healing but it seems to have gotten worse and I’m just a bit worried I don’t know if it’s an allergic reaction or what. He is still energetic, playing and seems happy. I just would like some advice thank you very much, Cathy. Pet's info: Dog | Cockapoo | Male | 2 months and 28 days old | 6 lbs

It may be a little skin infection. It is common and easily can happen. They can also make it worse themselves. I would recommend making an appointment with your veterinarian to have them evaluate it since it may require antibiotics. Without seeing it though I cannot say for sure.
