Pregnant cat 63 days: nipples smaller, lost appetite. Should I worry?

Hi I have a pregnant bengal cat she is 63 days today. Her nipples pinked up at 3 weeks and were very large, when I stroked her nipples they seemed to change colour, become lighter almost see through at the tips. Over the last few days it seems as if her nipples have become a bit smaller and less pink. She has not really increased in size around her belly so I was expecting a very small litter 1-2 kittens. She’s is sleeping a lot and today seems as if she has lost her appetite. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 6 months old

While some people notice a change in the nipples when a cat is pregnant it is not a very accurate predictor. I think you should see a veterinarian to confirm the pregnancy and make sure the kittens are okay and not in distress. Occasionally cats will need help with labor either through medical management or a c-section and if she is 63 days today it would be a good idea to check for signs of fetal distress.
