My dog is sleepy, crying, and has eye discharge. What's wrong?

my dog seems to be not acting like she usually does, she is incredibly sleepy, she woke up crying early this morning and has sleep all around her eye. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 5 lbs
