My puppy is throwing up black muck with hair all threw it. I have only had her for 5 days. Today being the start of day 6 with her. She is a gsd and I got her from the breeder at 8 weeks. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 2 months old | 17 lbs

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Please take storm to the veterinarian ASAP. Vomiting in young puppies can become serious very quickly. Parasites, foreign body of suction, and parvovirus are all concerns with an eight week old puppy. She should go to the veterinarian today, and they will likely recommend a parasite exam, and possibly apartment test. Depending on her signs blood work or x-rays maybe suggested if a foreign body is suspected. In the case of parasites, treatment is usually fairly straightforward but other conditions could require hospitalization.
