My dog is vomiting yellow and has diarrhea but seems fine, what to do?

My 11- month pitbull has been vomiting yellow liquid and has diarrhea . He is acting normal and drinking water but i am still worried! What should I do or give him? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 14 days old | 80 lbs

Hi and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I am glad that Blue is acting normally but I am worried that he is vomiting and having diarrhea. I would fast him for the night (not offer him any food) and take him into your veterinarian for evaluation first thing in the morning. It is possible he has an upset stomach, a foreign object or something else. Your vet can evaluate the next best steps and determine the appropriate therapies for Blue. If you fast Blue and he vomits despite not having any food, I would take him to an emergency vet for immediate care. Good luck!
