Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! There are many reason for why Bailey's nose may be changing and thickening. Some possibilities are hyperkaratosis, an immune condition or even an infection. Treatment of all of these things are different. Some over the counter options are Snout smoother for hyperkaratosis or vitamin E or an a and D ointment or a mild immune issue. If her nose worsens or doesn't improve she should be seen by your vet. I wish Bailey the best!
