Why is my dog sleepy with an upset stomach and no diet change?

My dog marley hasn't eaten anything different and he has a bad stomach and is a bit sleepy not his normal self. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 3 years and 8 months old | 99 lbs
