Why is my dog sleepy with an upset stomach and no diet change?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 3 years and 8 months old | 99 lbs

My dog marley hasn't eaten anything different and he has a bad stomach and is a bit sleepy not his normal self

Gastrointestinal signs can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Marley evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam.
