My dog has watery eye discharge, sore & hairless skin. What's wrong?

my dog has watery eye discharge that leaves the area around his eyes sore and hairless. I have tried various eye drops ( ciplox, gatilox, moxicip) they give relief for a day or two and but the condition keeps coming back. What is the problem with his eyes and what treatment do you recommend. Please help... Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 10 years and 6 months old | 38 lbs

This could be due to an eye injury or conditions such as a corneal laceration, corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis, dry eye (also known as KCS), among many other conditions. I highly recommend that you have Tuski evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Further therapy would be based on the findings. Good luck and best wishes!
