Since yesterday my dog stopped jumping on my bed because she whines like shes in pain. And sometimes when shes laying down and moves a certain way she whines. She still eats and drinks and runs outside, but ive noticed she doesnt move as fast as before

It's very possible she is experiencing some pain. You didn't mention how old Kourtney is, but arthritis is very common in older dogs. Other issues such as inflammation, slipped discs, injury, etc can also cause pain and stiffness. If the symptoms continue, or she seems in distress, scheduling a visit with your vet is best. They can check for the underlying cause, and get her started on a combination of medications such as glucosamine for joint issues, or pain and inflammatory meds to help her feel better.
