We are out of town and our dog sitter sent us this picture? What is the pink thing on my dog’s private part? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 10 years and 6 months old

It is difficult to see what you have a question about. It appears that Buddy's penis may be partially extruded from his sheath in the photo. If he is having any difficulty urinating, straining or painful I recommend having the sitter take him to the vet.
