My dog has red spots, pustules, and warts with pus. What is it?

May I know what are the causes of these pustules? Or warts? :( I'm really worried. The green parts are just a camera defect. It's the red spots and warts with puss I'm indicating. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 5 months old | 22 lbs

It looks like a skin infection. I would recommend a visit to your vet to have them evaluate her skin. This most likely requires antibiotics and possibly a shampoo.
