Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This could be due to an eye injury or conditions such as a corneal laceration, corneal ulcer, conjunctivitis, dry eye (also known as KCS), among many other conditions. The wheezing could be due to a respiratory condition such as asthma or among other lung diseases but it is unlikely to be related to the eye discharge. I highly recommend that you have Tuna evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Further therapy would be based on the findings. Good luck and best wishes!

It is important to note that this is not necessarily the same thing that happened before so I would not recommend you give the same medication that you used before. I highly recommend that you have Jax evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Further therapy would be based on the findings. Good luck and best wishes!
