Hello and thank you for reaching out to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I'm sorry to hear that Foxy is urinating a strange gel-like substance. It is possible she is having some mild vaginal discharge which could be being expressed when she urinates. If she seems to be exhibiting any difficulty urinating (straining, taking longer to urinate than normal, or going more frequently in smaller amounts), I recommend having her evaluated by a veterinarian, as this could indicate something like a urinary tract infection. Your veterinarian will want to perform a full physical exam and also examine a urine sample for evidence of infection. If she does have a urinary tract infection, these are often uncomplicated and treated successfully with antibiotics, as long as she is otherwise healthy without any underlying systemic disease. I hope this is helpful!
