my cat eat his penis because he have u.t.i last last month and he has small penis, my question is can he possibly have a baby kitten?? can he possibly got pregnant a female cat even though his penis is too small?? i'm so worried :(. If not, I would recommend pursuing that to ensure he is at peak health for breeding performance. They can talk to you about testing his sperm quality, finding a queen of appropriate health, and what breed testing is recommended for him. The spikes you are seeing on his penis are a normal part of feline anatomy. They are used during mating. From the picture alone, I don't see any reason for him to be unable to breed.
