My pregnant dog has swollen legs, isn't eating or peeing. What to do?

My dog is of 2.5 years age, weight 12-15 kgs, height 1 to 1.5 ft It is now pregnant of more than 3 weeks. From yesterday her legs are swollen and her back also she is not able to stand and sleep comfortably she is in sitting position from yesterday. She is not eating and not even pissing. Im attaching her pics plz help me what i need to do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 28 lbs

Oh my. Poor girl. : ( I would suggest taking Ramu in to your vet right away. THis looks like possible edema which could indicate an internal problem such as a lymphatic drainage issue or even underlying heart disease. She needs a full evaluation and treatment through your vet. You will have to likely carry her to your car and then notify the vet once you get to the clinic so that they can assist you with getting her in to the hospital on a stretcher.
