Why did my dog vomit undigested food hours after eating? Is it bad?

My dog just threw up undigested food from last night which was some baby carrots. She just had a bowel movement and that was okay. Would there be any reason for her vomiting this many hours after eating that? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 months and 28 days old | 13 lbs

If it was just one time, I wouldn't be too concerned about the vomit. If something isn't sitting well in their stomach you may notice some undigested food. If Roxy continues to vomit or becomes lethargic then I recommend taking her to a veterinarian to have her evaluated.
