My puppy's leg is injured by a car. What should I do immediately?

This approx 3 month old puppy was sleeping under a car. The car started and injured her back right leg. She cried a bit and now she is resting silently in a corner. She is not able to use her injured leg. It's like folded upwards , not touching the ground!. What immediate thing i can do for her? Pet's info: Cat | Chausie | Female | 3 months and 19 days old | 5 lbs

Aside from that, she should be evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible to check if there are any fractures and to see what would be the best therapeutic step for her.
