Poor Gorilla! It would help to have more information about what he's doing that concerns you. From the photos, it looks like he has some discharge from his eyes and nose, which is usually a sign of an upper respiratory infection. He will need antibiotics from your veterinarian to treat this, so I would recommend taking him in for an exam as soon as you are able to. He/she can do a complete exam to check for any other problems during this visit, and will prescribe appropriate medication to get him feeling better depending on what is found.
