In the United States, a Hawaiian pizza consists of pineapple, ham, and cheese. So I am answering this question, with these ingredients in mind. I do not know if it is different in the Philippines. Generally speaking, dogs of his age and breed do not or should not exhibit signs of shortness of breath due to the pizza or the ingredients of this pizza. But if Zooey Has never exhibited signs of shortness of breath ever before, I strongly suggest you take him to a veterinarian as soon as possible to make sure it’s not something serious like an allergic reaction, heart disease, or respiratory disease. I hope this helps.
