My dog isn't eating, drinking, or eliminating after ER. What now?

Peanut went to the emergency room last night for being lathargic all day, not wanting to go outside to potty and not eating or drinking. We were told it could just be bad neck pain from rough play with our other dog. They gave him a couple shots for inflammation and pain and he seems a wee bit more awake; moving more. But whats worrying me now, is that he hasnt urinated or pooped since last night even when I took him outside and hes still uninterested in water and food. What do I do? I would call your regular vet and have them perform blood work on him and do another physical on him. If he is in that much pain it is going to take time to resolve but making sure other things are ruled out is important. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
