My pit bull is aggressive. How can I train her for PTSD service?

I have a 2 yr old female spaded pit bull. I’m trying to train her to be a PTSD Service Dog. But she is Dog Agressive. If I can’t break this I won’t be able to certify her. What can I do? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 2 years and 6 months old | 57 lbs
