Why is my young female chihuahua sad, sore, not eating, with discharge?

Hi there my chihuahua is acting all sad and depressed and and is really struggling so walk as though she is sore she has been having some discharge from her vagina , she doesn’t want to go walks or noting , she’s hardly eating aswell. She is only 15 month I am extremely worried could you help ? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 25 days old
